Worse, and your money back

You get a full refund within 14 days of buying if your quad flies worse at the end of the tune. It qualifies when:

  • you finished your tune and answered Worse to “How does your quad fly now, compared to before you started?” in the app, or
  • we couldn’t deliver: Apply failed, your quad wasn’t supported, or no tune could be produced.

  • Your legal rights: this is a commercial guarantee. It is extra and doesn’t affect your statutory rights (see “Your legal rights” below).

One refund per flight controller

Every flight controller has a unique factory ID. A quad that has been refunded once can’t be refunded again, so a later tune for the same flight controller isn’t covered by this refund.

How to ask

Email support@fpvpidtune.com from the address on your account. We handle refunds by hand, so there’s no refund button in the app. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

What a refund changes

  • A refund ends the tune: no more rounds, Apply or CLI for that quad under that purchase.
  • Values already applied stay on your quad.
  • Restoring your original backup stays free, so you can put your quad back the way it was at any time.

Your legal rights

A tune is digital content supplied right away. When you buy, you ask us to show your tune straight away and confirm you understand you can’t cancel once it’s shown. Under EU and UK consumer law, that ends the 14-day right to withdraw once the tune is delivered. Our refund promise applies on top of that and doesn’t limit your other rights as a consumer, for example if a tune isn’t as described (see the terms).

Until your tune is shown (for example while it is still being worked out), you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days: press “Withdraw from this purchase” on your account page, or email us. You can use the form below, but you don’t have to. We refund the full amount within 14 days.

Who we are

FPV PID Tune is run by Paweł Laszczak PawelosFPV, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza, JDG) registered in Poland. We are the guarantor of the refund promise.
